This cartoon attempts to portray the
destruction of food nutrients by microwave ovens. Microwaving food alters
its molecular structure in ways that modern scientists still don't
completely understand. The effects on the human body are simply not
understood, but one thing we do know is that microwaving vegetables and
fruits destroys as much as 97% of the phytonutrient nutrition they
once contained.
In other words, eating raw broccoli provides you with natural anti-cancer
medicine that's extremely effective at halting the growth of cancer
tumors. But microwaving that broccoli destroys the anti-cancer
nutrients, rendering the food "dead" and nutritionally
depleted. There's even some evidence to suggest that microwaving destroys
the natural harmony in water molecules, creating an energetic pattern of
chaos in the water found in all foods. In fact, the common term of
"nuking" your food is coincidentally appropriate: Using a

Why microwave users are so unhealthy
Consumers are dying today in part because they continue to eat dead
foods that are killed in the microwave. They take a perfectly healthy
piece of raw food, loaded with vitamins and natural medicines, then stick
it in the microwave and destroy most of its nutrition. Humans are the only
species that destroys the nutritional value of food before eating it. All
other animals consume food in its natural, unprocessed state, but humans
actually go out of their way to render food nutritionally worthless before
eating it. No wonder humans are the least healthy species on the planet.
The invention of the microwave and its mass adoption by the population
coincides with the onset of obesity in developed nations around the world.
Not only did the microwave make it convenient to eat more
obesity-promoting foods, it also destroyed much of the nutritional content
of those foods, leaving consumers in an ongoing state of malnourished
overfeeding. In other words, people eat too many calories but not
enough real nutrition. The result is, of course, what we see today:
Epidemic rates of diabetes, cancer, heart disease, depression, kidney
failure, liver disorders and much more. These diseases are all caused by a
combination of malnutrition and exposure to toxic chemicals. Microwaves
make malnutrition virtually automatic, and being exposed to toxic
chemicals is easy to accomplish by simply eating processed foods (which
are universally manufactured with the addition of toxic chemicals that act
as preservatives, colorings, flavor enhancers
and so on).
Microwaving is, technically, a form of food irradiation. I find it
interesting that people who say that would never eat
"irradiated" food have no hesitation about microwaving their
food. It's the same thing (just a different wavelength of radiation). In
fact, microwaves were originally called "radar ranges." Sounds
strange today, doesn't it? But when microwaves were first
introduced in the 1970's, they were proudly advertised as radar ranges.
You blast your food with high-intensity radar and it gets hot. This was
seen as some sort of space-age miracle in the 1970's.
The microwave does work as advertised. It makes your food hot. But the
mechanism by which heat is produced causes internal damage to the delicate
molecular structures of vitamins and phytonutrients. Minerals are largely
unaffected, however, so you'll still get the same magnesium, calcium and
zinc in microwaved foods as you would in non-microwaved foods, but the
all-important B vitamins, anthocyanins, flavonoids and other nutritional
elements are easily destroyed by microwave ovens.
The microwave is the appliance of the living dead. People who use the
microwave on a regular basis are walking down a path towards degenerative
disease and a lifelong battle with obesity. The more you use the
microwave, the worse your nutritional state gets, and the more likely you
are to be diagnosed with various diseases and put on pharmaceuticals
which, of course, will create other health problems that lead to a grand
spiraling nosedive of health.
Do yourself a favor: Toss your microwave, or donate it to some charity.
It's much easier to avoid using the microwave if you don't have one
around. It will clear up counter space, save you electricity and greatly
enhance your dietary habits. When you need to heat something, heat it in a
toaster oven or a stovetop pan (avoid Teflon and non-stick surfaces, of
course). Better yet, strive to eat more of a raw, unprocessed diet. That
where you'll get the best nutrition anyway. Buy yourself a Vita-Mix
and blend up some smoothies. It's faster than microwaving foods are far

I drink a superfood smoothie every morning, and I haven't used a microwave
in years. Protecting health is our own responsibility, and it's up to us
all to make informed decisions about how we buy, prepare and consume our

is a major

Low adrenal function secondary to stress is another
major common denominator of degenerative
disease. Dr. Barnes stated that 40% of the population
has low thyroid function.
There are reasons for being hypothyroid. Mercury from

to Dr. Norman Shealy, every known illness is associated
with a magnesium deficiency and low levels of the hormone DHEA. DHEA is
the health and youth hormone. If DHEA is low, magnesium is low.
They go together. Even a 10% increase in magnesium
and DHEA levels is associated with a 48% decrease in death from
cardiovascular disease and a 36% decrease in mortality:
from all causes. The human being has the only body that has a
significant level of DHEA.
There is a long list of DHEA/magnesium deficiency symptoms.
They are anxiety, hyperactivity, confusion, depression, diarrhea or
constipation, faintness, fatigue, hyperventilation, lack of
coordination, insomnia, intestinal problems, muscle cramps, muscle
tightness, pain, poor memory, seizures, tinnitus and vertigo; and these
are just the symptoms!
Diseases associated with DHEA/ magnesium deficiency include

First of all, most people don’t eat enough green
vegetables, which are a major source of magnesium. Second,
our soil is rather highly depleted, except here on our farm and a few
like it. It’s just not in the soil. In fact, cattle farmers have known
for many decades that if they do not add magnesium to the feed of their
cattle, the cattle will die of something called grass staggers, which
looks almost like epilepsy. It just isn’t that available.
In addition, the absorption of magnesium takes place
mostly in the large intestine, so if your gut transit
time, the time from mouth to out, is less than 12 hours, you don’t
absorb it well. There are other things that interfere with the
absorption of magnesium, like too much calcium and fat. Do you know how
you make lye soap? You mix fat with lye, calcium, and magnesium. You
have what I call an internal soap-suds enema if you have a lot of fat in
your diet when you’re getting your magnesium in.
Magnesium absorption: We’ve found
that orally, it’s extremely poorly absorbed. It takes up to 12 months
to get your cell levels back up to normal trying any of the oral
preparations. The best one is magnesium
taurate, which is magnesium attached to a taurine molecule. For over
10 years, we gave every patient 10 shots IV, two grams of magnesium
chloride.
Then we discovered about 10 years ago that if we actually use
magnesium chloride in a lotion on the skin, within four to six weeks,
you can replace your intercellular magnesium levels. That is 10 to 12
times faster than doing it orally. The other thing that’s really
interesting is that giving it IV or orally does not raise DHEA, or
Dehydroepiandrosterone. Giving it through the skin does

Suggestions for
glyconutritionals in the diets of Diabetics
by Dr. Rayburne Goen
Please understand that these are recommendations for a nutritional
regimen that can help the body heal itself. We make no claims for
healing or cure of Diabetes.
Diabetes Type 1 ("Insulin Dependent," "Juvenile") is
an Auto-Immune
disease, usually caused by an infection, most often Coxsackie Virus. The
Islets of Langerhans, small packets of cells in the Pancreas which
produce Insulin, are left damaged, and are recognized by the Immune
System as alien to the body and are attacked and destroyed.
Insulin
injections are required to prevent early death, or Diabetic Renal
Failure, Coronary, Stroke, Amputations, or Blindness. Diabetes Type 2
("Non-Insulin Dependent," "Adult Type") is a type of
dysfunction of the
Immune System in which Receptors on the surface of cells become
resistant to Insulin, preventing entry of the necessary Glucose into the
cell.
The Pancreas produces more Insulin in a "mass action" attempt
to force
the Glucose into cells. The excess Glucose is converted into fat by the
Insulin. Thus Type 2 Diabetics are usually Obese, with abnormally high
blood Glucose in spite of blood Insulin levels up to 10 times normal.
Eventually the Pancreas becomes exhausted, can no longer produce
sufficient Insulin, and then Insulin injections may become necessary.
Glyconutritionals have been shown to be uniquely helpful in helping the
body with Diabetes. In Type 1, if given within 6 months of onset, along
with a Low-Glycemic diet, the body might possibly rescue the Islets of
Langerhans from total destruction, and Insulin production may return.
The body is enabled to control Type 2 Diabetes by ingesting a
combination of supplements, a Low-Glycemic/Hi-Fiber Diet, and Exercise,
preferably 30 minutes daily of brisk walking, jogging, or running
alternated with walking. I prefer to start all on the
"maintenance"
amounts: Glyconutrient blend, 1/4 tsp. daily; Phytonutrient blend, 1/4
tsp. daily; Phytosterol supplement, 3 daily. Also Mannatech's
Glycentials, (or Catalyst if overweight), 2 twice daily; and
MannaCleanse, 2 twice daily the first month. Many will respond
significantly to these amounts, which can then be continued at those
quantities. There is less likelihood of a severe toxic cleanse with the
smaller amounts, and the cost is obviously less. Diabetics are very
individualized in the response to Glyconutrients, depending on what
their lifestyle and diet have been in the past.
A fasting Glucose must be recorded every morning, with a goal of 100
Mgs/ml, per Glucometer, or equivalent device. A reading at or near 100
should be reached in some period. Do not then increase the
Glyconutrients; or if there is a rise in the fasting Glucose with the
next increase in Glyconutrients, return to the amount that gave the
lowest reading. If such a result is not seen in period 1, (1st week),
then (Period 2) double the Glyconutrients(1/4 tsp. 2x daily). Increase
Glyconutrients by 1/4 tsp. each week. (1 tsp. Glyconutrients twice daily
is the ample amount most adults with significant disabilities will need,
unless life-threatening. When the lowest fasting level of glucose is
reached on increasing Glyconutrients alone, then titrate the amounts of
Phytosterols, and Phytonutrients by adding 1 tablet/1/4 tsp. more each
week, until the fasting glucose is 90-110.
This is best done under the direction of a health care practitioner who
understands diet and glyconutrients.
Under Doctor's direction, reduction of Diabetic drugs, or insulin,
should become necessary once the body is enabled to control the
Diabetes, and the servings of supplements can be reduced. ( 1/4
tsp. =
3 Glyconutrients. caps or 2 Phytonutrients). Never stop Glyconutrients,
Diet, and Exercise!!

Goat Raw Cheese
Milk Recipe
This
is a simple cheese that is quickly crafted and delicious to eat!! I prefer
to make this with goat milk, but it can easily be crafted with cow, sheep
or any other farm fresh milk you have on hand.
This recipe is adapted from one that was offered to me by herbalist
Susun Weed.
-warm
1 gallon of milk to 80-90 degrees (you can add fresh whey from your
previous batch of cheese as a culture-to every one.
gallon of milk you would add 1 quart of whey: This is not necessary,
but if you are using raw milk it will add flavor to your cheese)
-add
13 drops of rennet to each gallon of milk plus a squirt for good luck.
-let
stand until the entire mass is solid (the texture of tofu). This will take
approximately 45 minutes to one hour)
-cut
the mass all the way through in a grid pattern (blocks should be
approximately ½”)
-slowly
heat to 100 degrees (increase heat 2 degrees every 5 minutes) This will
take approximately ½ hour.
The curds will shrink noticeably as you stir. The whey will
increase in quantity as the curds shrink.
-separate
the curds and whey and place in a bowl. Add salt (slightly over salting to
taste-as much of the salt will be lost while draining. At this time you
can also add garlic and/or herbs)
-Pour
the curds into a cheesecloth-lined colander, which is over a bowl or
bucket to catch the whey.
-knot
one corner of the cloth around the other three corners and hand the bag of
curds to drain for one hour (I often hang the bag above of my sink or with
a wood spoon over a large pot or bucket). If you are making 5 gallons
worth of cheese you will hang your cheese for 12-24 hours and this will be
sufficient pressing.
-for
1-4 pounds of cheese-after one-hour pour the drained curds into a bowl,
break them up gently into walnut size pieces
-place
curds into a clean cheesecloth and place into a press. If you do not have
a cheese press-you can place the cheese on a plate tie a bandana around
the cheese and place between two plates. Place a heavy object/s-clean
bricks, containers of water, cast iron pot etc. on top and press for 12-24
hours.
-Eat
and enjoy!! Place unused portion in the refrigerator for up to a week

always seem to be the trickiest part of cheese making, but take your time,
and don’t worry if all the curds are cut not exactly 1/2″. After
you have cut the curds, do not stir them yet. Let them rest, undisturbed
for 10 minutes.
Now you can stir the curds gently and cut any that you had missed. What
you are doing here is making the size
cottage cheese curd you like. Raise the temperature of the curds to 95°
over the next 20 minutes, stirring occasionally so the curds do not stick
together. Let the curds settle for 5 minutes, undisturbed.
Drain the the whey until it in level with the curds (about 1/2-3/4 of
the whey). Add enough cold water to lower the temp to 85°. Stir as you
add the water. Now, leave the curds in this cheese 85° water/whey for 10
minutes, stirring with your hand occasionally so that the curds don’t
stick together.
Pour the curds into a colander and let drain. Carefully stir
occasionally so it dose not stick together. After about 1/2 hour, you can
carefully separate or break up the curds into a bowl and salt to taste.
Cover and let sit in the fridge at least 2 days. The curds may be squeaky
at first, but with the aging, they loose their squeak.
This is a dry cottage
cheese, if you like it wet, you may add some cream to it.
Ingredients:

Moderate sun exposure offers more health benefits than
risks, particularly for people who are deficient in vitamin
D or who live in colder, northern latitudes, according to
U.S and Norwegian researchers.
The study found that vitamin
D levels, which were calculated
based on sun exposure, were linked to survival
rates for
cancer patients.
Those who lived in sunnier, southern latitudes,
and had higher vitamin D levels, were less likely to die from
cancer than people in northern latitudes.
People in northern latitudes produce significantly less
vitamin D than people nearer to the equator. Specifically,
they found Australians produce 3.4 times more vitamin D
than people in the United States, and almost fives times
more vitamin D than Scandinavians.

Following France and Germany, last year
the Italian Agriculture Ministry suspended the use of a class
of pesticides, nicotine-based neonicotinoids, as a
"precautionary measure." The compelling results -
restored bee populations - prompted the government to uphold
the ban. Yesterday, copies of the film 'Nicotine
Bees' were delivered
to the US Congress explaining the pesticide's connection to Colony
Collapse Disorder.
Despite the evidence, why does CCD remain a 'mystery' in the
US?
Nicotinyl pesticides, containing
clothianidin, thiametoxam and imidacloprid, used to coat
plant seeds, are released into the lymph as a permanent
insecticide inside the plant. But after just sucking dew
from maize leaves that absorbed neonicotinoids, disoriented
bees can't find their way to the apiary. Massive numbers of
bees get lost and die.
In 2009, Italy's neonicotinoid-free
corn sowing resulted in no cases of widespread bee mortality
in apiaries around the crops. This had not happened since
1999. The European Research Center, Youris,
reported that Moreno Greatti, from the University of Udine
stated, "Bee hives have not suffered depopulation and
mortality coinciding with maize sowing this year. Beekeepers
from Northern Italy and all over the country are unanimous
in recognizing that the suspension of neonicotinoid- and
fipronil-coated maize seeds."
Although varroasis (infections from
mites) and other pathologies are found at other times of the
year, suspending neurotoxic insecticides improved the
situation significantly. Francesco Panella, President of the
Italian Association of Beekepers, says: "On behalf of
beegrowers working in a countryside dominated by maize
crops, I wrote to the Minister of Agriculture to confirm the
great news, for once: thanks to the suspension of the
bee-killing seed coating, the hives in the Po Valley are
flourishing again."
Not true in Southern Italy, where bee
mortality was high in citrus groves, which were sprayed with
neonicotinoids, also used in vineyards and other crops. The
new law has been challenged by the agrochemical industry but
the Italian government upheld the ban.

one-third of our food supply, the loss of 30% of our bee
population prompted the Pollinator
Protection Campaign
by the Sierra
Club. It bought 333
copies of Nicotine
Bees which were delivered to Congress on May 13 and
14, along with 50 more from the filmmakers, with a letter
from the National Honey Bee Advisory Board. The American
Beekeeping Federation and American Honey Producers
Association are asking Congress to stop the threats from
systemic pesticides to food supplies, honeybees and

The bees
steep decline in
2005 and 2006 was catastrophic around the world. In the UK
bee numbers have
been halved over 20 years, with reasons including the
pesticide and warmer winters due to climate change. Honeybee
pollinated fruit trees and crops in Britain amount to £165m
annually, so a campaign to grow bees in city gardens and
roofs has been an attempt to halt decline.
Despite the scientific data, reports
still claim the reason for the bee crisis is unclear, even
blaming cell phones. So what's really holding up the banning
of neonicotinoids? As a beekeeper in the documentary says,
"A fifth grader can figure this out."

hardly a bee colony has been lost, bar a suspicious case where

It does look like a resounding, spectacular
success. During this year’s neonicotinoid-free maize sowing in
Italy hardly a bee colony has been lost, bar a suspicious case where

The ban on the insecticide-soaked seed coating enforced by the
Italian government last year seems to have worked wonders, judging
from the freshest data collected on the ground by researchers,
beekeepers and regional authorities alike.
Giacomo Michelatti, expert of the Piedmont Region in Italy,
considers: “At this point of corn sowing this year you can more
than reasonably say that there were no cases of widespread bee
mortality in the apiaries surrounding maize crops, as we had seen
again and again, worryingly, back in 2008. Yet, the honey
producers’organisation “Aspromiele” has reported only one case
of disappearance of an entire bee colony at Luserna
San Giovanni in the province of Turin
to the authorities in charge. In this instance it was not possible
for us to analyze the bees, because they have not been found, either
dead or alive. Suspicions remain on the maize crops in the immediate
vicinity, where neonicotinoid-coated leftover maize seed from last
year may have been used”.
Moreno Greatti, from the University
of Udine, states :“Over here in Friuli Venezia Giulia
(Italy’s North-East, Ed.) and in the other maize-growing areas in Northern
Italy bee hives have not suffered depopulation and mortality
coinciding with maize sowing this year. To this day, bee colonies
are well populated by these precious insects. Beekeepers
from Northern
Italy and all over the country are unanimous in recognizing
that the suspension of neonicotinoid- and fipronil-coated maize
seeds needs to be thanked and praised for this. Even in Germany and France,
in a similar context, bees have been “restored to health”. In
our region during March and April 2009 no cases of bee mortality
were reported at all to the Regional Bee Laboratory. This had not
been happening since 1999! This year, in 10 beehives located
here and there in our region, the same Laboratory has been
monitoring for dead bees by putting them into special containers.
This has been carried out between March and the beginning of May, to
cover the period of maize sowing. They have not found out any
differences between the hives located near maize fields, before,
during and after sowing."

neonicotinoid seed coating becomes definitive. Over the past few
days we got news of devastating cases of bee mortality in some
citrus groves of Southern Italy, which had been sprayed with one
neonicotinoid."

Italy keeps ban on neonicotinoid seed coating to
save bees
The Italian Agriculture Ministry suspended the use of pesticides
containing clothianidin, thiametoxam and imidacloprid for the
coating of any plant seeds (May '09).
Tens of thousands of them don’t even manage to get back to their
apiary. Disoriented, they lose the way home and die. Others just
drop dead after sucking the tiniest amount of dew exuded by maize
leaves if the plants have been absorbing neonicotinoids, a class of
pesticides that Italy has temporarily banned as seed coating in
September last year for their “possible connection to the colony
collapse of bees”.
Following the example of France (who has recently allowed a new
neonicotinoid onto the market, though), Germany and Slovenia,
the Italian Agriculture Ministry suspended the use of pesticides
containing clothianidin, thiametoxam and imidacloprid for the
coating of any plant seeds “as a precautionary measure”.
Fipronil has also been added to the list for its “analogous toxic
effects on bees and dispersion into the environment at the time of
sowing”.
The new law downsizes a big business and has already been challenged
by the agrochemical industry but Italy held on to the ban, although
the suspension will now expire after a year. It might possibly be
renewed if an improvement in bee survival is observed after this
spring’s maize sowing.
However, controversial neonicotinoids, which are released into the
maize lymph by the seed coating and work as a permanent insecticide
inside the plant, will continue being sprayed on fruit
trees after blossoming and on many other crops, and are still
part of compulsory treatments against a disease of the vineyards
commonly spread by an insect. Opinions about their environment
safety vary widely, with many beekeepers taking the most radical
stand and wanting them banned for good.

WATER TONIC
This
is an old folk remedy, made from birch wood ashes, allegedly has snatched
many advanced stage terminal cancer patients, including those with liver

To
make the tonic burn dried White Birch Wood in a clean open draft oven,
wood furnace or fire- place so that the smoke can remove the sulphur. Do
not burn anything else with the birch wood.
A
short cord of birch wood should yield enough ashes for 4 gallons of birch
water tonic. Add One quart of clean birch wood ashes to one gallon of
spring water (no tap water). Do not use a bare metal container. A large
enameled pot or canner is fine. Stir the ashes into the water and bring
the water to a boil. Simmer for 20 minutes. Then let it stand overnight to
cool and settle. Use hard plastic tubing to siphon the water into glass
bottles. After all the water has been siphoned off put the remaining ash
mud into a cheese cloth and squeeze/wringthe remaining liquid into a
container and add to the bottles. Before taking the tonic mix some of it
with an equal part of freshly squeezed orange juice. Do not try to take
the tonic undiluted. It tastes horrible. However, if mixed with orange
juice it tastes quite pleasant. The standard dose is 4 oz. of the mixture
per day. Very sick patients often take up to twice this amount. Don't
drink too much at a time, but in little sips throughout the day.

In April 1983, I became very ill. After being
tested and x-rayed by my own doctor and a specialist, I was told I had
cancer. I was immediately sent to the San Francisco hospital where I was
extensively tested and x-rayed. I received the same diagnosis and the
cancer had progressed and enveloped the lining of my right lung. Several
doctors reviewed my case. A few days later I was told there was not
treatment for this type of cancer. I insisted that I be release from the
hospital with appointments to return.
My first return appointment was on May 17, 1983.
I wasn't any better and was taking pills for pain. My next appointment was
on June 14, 1983. My doctor told me that several doctors evaluated my case
and didn't think I had over 6 months to live. During the conversation I
asked the name of my type of cancer. He said it was the same type Steve McQueen
died of (mesothelioma - usually related to asbestos exposure), and that it
was a very fast acting cancer. I told the doctor that I was going to
attempt to treat myself through nutrition or any other method I could
find. He said "sure, anything."
It wasn't until the first week of July 1983,
while visiting a friend that I learned about the combination of Pau D'
Arco Bark, Chaparral Leaf and Red Clover Herb tea. His wife had heard that
I had only a short time to live. She told me she had something that may
cure me in 30 days. I had my doubts, but I was willing to try anything.
When back home I immediately stated drinking tea made with these 3 herbs (Pau D' Arco is also known as
Taheebo, Ipe Roxo and Purple Lapacho).
Within 24 hours I had no more pain. A few days later after taking to tea
and being on a very nutritious (primarily raw) diet, I began having
excessive bowel movements which lasted about 2 1/2 days. Immediately I
started to feel much better. By August 2, 1983, I had been taking the tea
for 3 weeks and 2 days. More tests and x-rays were taken to see how far the
cancer had progressed. The doctor found that I no longer had cancer. My
lung was clear. My amazed doctor asked me what I had done to cure myself.
When I told him of the teas and eating simple, nutritious foods is what
healed my body. I am glad now that my doctors considered chemo and
radiation ineffective for my type of cancer. Had I undergone those
treatments I'm sure they would have done me in.

Epiphany – one of the most revered church
holidays in Russia – is strongly connected with the ritual
of swimming in ice-cold water. Orthodox Christians
traditionally go to rivers or lakes because it is believed
that water turns holy on Epiphany. Some people decide to dive
into ice holes and swim in ice-cold water to be purged of all
sins. What is a medical point of view on this ritual?
The idea of ice swimming is quite a daring
one. However, ice swimmers say that swimming in the ice-cold
water decreases the risk of cold-related and other diseases.
Moreover, some of them say that they took their first dive at
the time when they had flu or quinsy and recovered the next
day.
Medics have a very simple explanation to
this phenomenon. When a human being dives into ice-cold water,
the adrenal glands release a lot of adrenalin – the
hormone which helps the body handle the extreme conditions.
Adrenalin lowers the pain sensitivity,
makes the heart beat faster, improves the blood filling of
internal organs and the brain, activates the
immune system. Experienced ice swimmers dive into ice-cold
water for only a couple of minutes, and that is not
incidental.
When submerged in cold water, the body has
all of its reserve forces involved, which allows to cope with
many problems. Doctors say that ice swimming improves the
immune protection, produces the prophylactic effect for
the respiratory, cardiovascular and digestive systems,
refines sleep and metabolism.
It is a proved fact that cold is extremely
important in the prophylactic of premature aging. Endorphins
produce the effect of happiness: many ice swimmers say that
they can feel harmony with the environment for at least

In winter time, the temperature of the
water in rivers and lakes is only a couple degrees over. If a
person intends to take a first dive, he or she is supposed to
stay in the water for 10-15 seconds. A longer period of time
can be life-threatening.
Ice swimming is extremely stressful,
although the stress is positive. Therefore, anyone, willing to
brace ice cold waters, is supposed to take a reasonable
approach to the initiative and consult a doctor.
Any form of cold water treatment is
strictly forbidden during cold allergy, gynecological
diseases, tuberculosis and kidney diseases.
An ice-cold dive is not recommended for
those having heart ailments, hypertension, cerebrovascular
diseases and other serious heart and brain-related ailments.
The majority of pediatricians do not
recommend ice swimming for children. The hormonal system of
children is too weak to overcome such a serious stress.

These findings point to the possibility of insulin resistance
developing in the brain separate from the rest of the body.
Insulin is a hormone and it doesn’t travel alone in the brain.
There are other chemicals in the brain known as insulin-like growth
factors and these also decrease when insulin decreases. It is
the absence of these insulin-like growth factors that are thought to
lead to brain cell death, and the brain cell death occurs especially
in areas responsible for memory such as the hippocampus and
hypothalamus.
Alzheimer’s Sugar Connection
It has long been known that people with diabetes have a greater
chance of getting Alzheimer’s disease, but these new studies are the
first to show that there may be a closer relationship between sugar
and Alzheimer’s disease. For puzzling reasons, the two diseases are
interrelated, but not the same disease. Some people who have diabetes
don’t get Alzheimer’s and some people with Alzheimer’s disease
don’t have diabetes.
The key question is what causes insulin to drop in the brain? If
insulin production in the brain is similar to what happens to the rest
of the body, then the drop in insulin is due to an overworked system

EXERCISE WITH OXYGEN THERAPY (EWOT)
Cancer cells cannot survive in an oxygen-rich
environment. EWOT requires a small Oxygen Bottle or an Oxygen Separator
and a small stationary piece of exercise equipment like a treadmill. In
contrast to conventional exercise, EWOT is capable to not only enrich the
blood with oxygen, but quickly transfer the oxygen from the blood to every
cell of the body. For therapeutic purposes an output of about 95% pure

IMMPOWER AHCC
This formula is made from specially
cultivated mushrooms. Its effective ingredient is activated hexose
correlate compound (AHCC). The formula has shown to effectively induce
cancer remission in human clinical trials. Also noticed were energy surges
and alleviation of chemo side effects. A similar product, called NK-(, is

MAPLE SYRUP & BAKING SODA
Solutions can be put on the skin which has an absorption rate of around
70%. Putting it around the area of the cancer location.
- Personally, I would add Aloe Vera Gel to this formula because it is
mentioned in the Bible and Aloe Vera cancer fighting properties. Cuts off
blood supplies to the cancer.
- This basic formula looks like it might work good on colon cancer and
even with the Aloe Vera added.
- Caution: As always, listen to your body!
An effective and inexpensive cancer treatment
that was pioneered by Dr. Jim Kelmun. The formula can be made from 2
simple household items. Mix one part of aluminum-free Baking Soda wit 3
parts of 100% pure Maple Syrup. Heat gently on a low flame while string
for about 5 minutes until ingredients from a homogenous mass. After
cooling take 1 to 3 teaspoons a day between meals. Cancer cells thrive on
sugar, but cannot survive in an alkaline and oxygen-rich environment. The

PROSTATE CANCER d
One of the more innovative and successful
Prostate Cancer Treatments is surgery and radiation-free High Intensity
Focused Ultrasound (HIFU). It boasts a 94% success rate with minimal

Be very leery about prostate Needle Biopsies. The
up to 12 needle punctures create passages for cancer cells, thus spreading

NICKEL AND BREAST / PROSTATE CANCER
For some not quite understood reason, breast
tissue and the prostate attract the toxic metal Nickel. Harmful bacteria
thrive on nickel. Thus these sites become the dumping ground for bad
bacteria and eventually promote cancer. Stainless steel pots & pans
and especially dental amalgam fillings are the main reasons for nickel

Surface Tension - Capillary Method
 You
will need to construct a device such as shown on the left. The main
component of the device is a capillary tube in which your liquids will
rise a significant distance (at least a couple of centimeters for
precision measurement). As shown here, the container is a large test tube.
This is good because the parallel walls of the test tube allow good
viewing of the two meniscuses that need to be seen. Surface tension,
γ (gamma), is in units of dynes/cm
Procedure:
- Determine the specific gravity of your experimental liquid (specific
gravity is unit-less as it is a proportion of densities: how much more
dense is your liquid than is water?). The easiest way to do this is to
weigh 100 ml of your liquid. If it weighs 105 grams, it has a specific
gravity of 1.05.
- You will need to set up a small aquarium or large beaker of water to
as close to 25°C as possible.
- Before assembling your apparatus, the capillary tube must be
scrupulously clean INSIDE. It should be washed in hot cleaning
solution, and repeatedly rinsed in the liquid to be tested. the first
liquid that you will test will be pure water, which has a surface
tension of 71.8 dynes/cm. Those directions come next, but first you
should know that your final calculations regarding the experimental
liquid(s) will be proportional to that number. After doing water,
rinse the tube with your experimental liquid.
- You should see that the liquid inside the capillary is elevated over
that of the surrounding liquid. First, very lightly blow a puff of air
at the side tube to make the inner liquid rise slightly in the
capillary tube. The inner liquid should settle back to its equilibrium
level. Read the BOTTOMS of the meniscuses of the liquid inside the
capillary and outside the capillary. Now apply a momentary and slight
suction to the side tube, which will drop the inner liquid slightly,
and it will then rise to its equilibrium position. Take the readings
of the two meniscuses again. Make readings of five puffings and five
suctions, and average them.
- Determine the average height differential for your liquid, and for
water.
- You must now correct for the density of your experimental liquid.
Simply multiply your average height by the specific gravity of your
solution. (Remember that water's specific gravity is 1.000.)
- Your liquid's surface tension is proportionate to its height
relative to that of pure water. Thus is your experimental liquid rises
higher than water, its surface tension will generally be higher than
that of water, and vice versa.
- Hence: γ = ρ (hx / hw),
where
hx is the height of the
experimental, and hw is the height of
the water sample.

STROKE IDENTIFICATION:
During a BBQ, a friend stumbled and took a little fall - she assured
everyone that she was fine (they offered to call paramedics) ..she
said she had just tripped over a brick because of her new shoes.
They got her cleaned up and got her a new plate of food. While
she appeared a bit shaken up, Ingrid went about enjoying herself the
rest of the evening
Ingrid's husband called later telling everyone that his wife had
been taken to the hospital - (at 6:00 pm Ingrid passed
away.) She had suffered a stroke at the BBQ. Had they known how to
identify the signs
of a stroke, perhaps Ingrid would be with us today. Some
don't die. they end up in a helpless, hopeless condition instead.
It only takes a minute to read this...
A neurologist says that if he can get to a stroke victim
within 3 hours he can totally reverse the effects of a
stroke...totally. He said the trick was getting a stroke recognized,
diagnosed, and then getting the patient medically cared for within 3
hours, which is tough.
RECOGNIZING A STROKE
Thank God for the sense to remember the '3' steps, STR . Read
and Learn!
Sometimes symptoms of a
stroke are difficult to identify. Unfortunately, the lack of
awareness spells disaster. The stroke victim may suffer severe brain
damage when people nearby fail to recognize the symptoms
of a stroke.
Now doctors say a bystander can recognize a stroke by asking three
simple questions:
STR
S *Ask the individual to SMILE.
T *Ask the person to TALK and SPEAK A SIMPLE SENTENCE
(Coherently)
(i.e. It is sunny out today.)
R *Ask him or her to RAISE BOTH ARMS.
If he or she has trouble with ANY ONE of these tasks, call
emergency number immediately and describe the symptoms to the
dispatcher.
New Sign of a Stroke -------- Stick out Your Tongue
NOTE: Another 'sign' of a stroke is this: Ask the person to
'stick' out his tongue.. If the tongue is 'crooked', if it goes to
one side or the other, that is also an indication of a
stroke.
A cardiologist says if everyone who gets this e-mail sends it

The Alzheimer’s and Sugar Connection
There are plenty of good reasons why you want to kick sugar
out of your life, but keeping your brain intact is the latest
and maybe the most important.
Most people will agree that one of their greatest fear is
death, but what people fear even more than dying is the loss of
their mental capabilities. No one wants to forget loved ones and
cherished memories, not to mention forgetting how to tie their
shoes or needing help to go to the bathroom.
While the exact reasons why we get Alzheimer’s disease
remain a mystery, scientist have recently made astounding
discoveries that point to a connection between Alzheimer’s and
sugar consumption. If the bulk of Alzheimer’s disease can be
blamed on eating sugars and foods
that act like sugar, then we have a great opportunity to
avoid the mental decay we see so often in the elderly.
New Alzheimer’s Discoveries
Scientists have discovered some pretty interesting things
about people with Alzheimer’s.
First, scientists discovered that the brain produces insulin.
This is astounding because it was previously thought that the
only place in the body that produce insulin was the pancreas.
What’s more, the amount of insulin in the brain produces
plummets in Alzheimer’s patients as the disease progresses. In
fact, on of the signs of the beginning of the disease is a
noticeable drop in brain insulin. Scientists are beginning to
wonder if the progression of the disease can actually be
measured by the amount of brain insulin.
These findings point to the possibility of insulin resistance
developing in the brain separate from the rest of the body.
Insulin is a hormone and it doesn’t travel alone in the
brain. There are other chemicals in the brain known as
insulin-like growth factors and these also decrease when
insulin decreases. It is the absence of these insulin-like
growth factors that are thought to lead to brain cell death, and
the brain cell death occurs especially in areas responsible for
memory such as the hippocampus and hypothalamus.
Alzheimer’s Sugar Connection
It has long been known that people with diabetes have a
greater chance of getting Alzheimer’s disease, but these new
studies are the first to show that there may be a closer
relationship between sugar and Alzheimer’s disease. For
puzzling reasons, the two diseases are interrelated, but not the
same disease. Some people who have diabetes don’t get
Alzheimer’s and some people with Alzheimer’s disease don’t
have diabetes.
The key question is what causes insulin to drop in the brain?
If insulin production in the brain is similar to what happens to
the rest of the body, then the drop in insulin is due to an
overworked system that is constantly overloaded with too much
blood sugar.
Avoid the Inevitable
There are so many diseases we see as inevitable: heart
disease, cancer, dementia, arthritis. If you are growing old,
you are bound to get one or all of those diseases.
It doesn’t have to be that way! You can avoid a majority of
those diseases (including Alzheimer’s) by choosing the foods
you eat wisely. The best way to stop or reduce sugar is to take

2004
My
mother, Alta Waggoner, was diagnosed first with dementia about 7 years
ago. She came to live with us
in June 2000. At the shock of
my father’s death, ( also due to Alzheimer's) on July 26, 2002, she
became much worse. She lost
quite a bit of speech and was totally incontinent.
On
Oct. 27,
2002, she had an angioplasty, but they did not put in a stint, as they
thought she wasn’t strong enough.
By
Jan 2003, she was shaking violently and her speech was hampered more.
Emergency room sent her home as they couldn't find anything.
Feb 2003, had another episode.
Sent her home again. March
12, 2003, another episode, just blanking out.
Sent her home again from hospital.
April 2003, another episode. Sent
her home again from hospital.
By
July 2003, she was very weak, couldn't speak and didn't know anyone was
around. July 14,2003,
she had to enter nursing home as she was basically bed fast.
She had several hospital visits due to dehydration and accidents in
nursing home. Got worse and
by Sept. 1, 2003, entered hospital for dehydration.
She had been in the hospital 10 times since September 2002 at this
point. They had no help for
us and we had nowhere to turn, but God interviened.
At this
point, the nursing home suggested we call Hospice and take her home to
die. We took her home and
prepared physically and emotionally for her “homegoing”. They said she
would only last about 4 to 6 weeks as she couldn’t swallow anymore
THEN,
in Sept 2003, we began to give her small amounts of AMBROTOSE ( ,the “8
essential sugars”) only once a day.
She began to try to sit up in bed in a week.
In another week, she was trying to get up.
After about a month, she was standing up with a walker.
Another 2 weeks, and she set the walker aside.
She
began to steadily improve and get stronger.
On Dec. 19, 2003, (to
our joy), Hospice dismissed her as a patient.
They said she was to well for them to continue to come to our
house!
In Feb.
2004, we began giving her more Ambrotose.
About one and a half to 2 tablespoons a day. Now she takes 2 tablespoons a day, 6 plus, and 2 AO.
Her
condition now: Alta
goes to church and grocery store or anywhere she wants with us now, and
likes to interact with people. She
still has a full time helper who assists her with dressing, eating, and
toileting, but it’s a far cry from where she was.
Her
rheumatoid arthritis ( which was very bad most of her life) is virtually
gone, blood pressure is normal, weight is normal, allergies (very bad) are
gone, and she has no stomach problems anymore.
She is happy and likes for people to joke around with her.
We thank our Heavenly Father for
ambrotose and for His kindness in showing us this technology.
