Drink one quart of room temperature distilled water in the morning
with the juice from half of an ORGANIC (if possible) lemon.

Hydration & Alkalizing the body is the first steps. 

Our bodies are alkaline in nature, and eating food that is dead (cooked or heated over 105 degrees destroys the enzymes), will steal enzymes from our bodies to digest it. This turns the body acidic, and thus disease starts.

A lemon in room temperature water will help keep the body alkaline along with hydrating you for the day!  Hydration is so important in getting well.

If you only do one thing on this list, this will make the biggest difference!!! Also, keep your water away from meals.

Hydrate yourself ½ hour before and 1 hour after meals. Drinking fluids
with your meals will dilute your digestive enzymes, thus causing a stressed digestion.

Drink good filtered water, normally.
